We use the Texas Utility Code Section 184.033.
Our Guests who are on the monthly rate plan receive a daily credit of 18 Kilowatt Hours (KWH) which is accumulated over the billing cycle. (28 days = 504 KWH; 30 days = 540 KWH; 31 days = 558 KWH) Usage over this amount will be billed at $.09 per KWH. Usage credits do not carry over from billing cycle to billing cycle.
